Dani Roth | Office Manager

Dani Roth brings a unique set of talents to the table through her role as Office Manager for the West Foundation. A jack-of-all-trades, Roth uses her organizational skills to juggle fiscal management and special projects for the executive director and program officer while acting as official hostess for all visitors to the foundation.

Roth hails from Bluffton, Indiana, where she grew up in a small town. Her academic studies led her to Franklin College, where she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics. Following this experience, she earned her designation as a Certified Public Accountant.

Her education led her to the accounting field, where she worked for K.B. Parrish and Co., and Irwin Financial Corporation. At this juncture, Ms. Roth took a hiatus from office work to start a family. As she prepared to re-enter the workforce, it became clear that her true desire was to work with non-profits to assist in creating social change. Towards this end, she held positions as office and financial manager at Irvington United Methodist Church Preschool and bookkeeper and human resources assistant at Social Health Association of Indiana.

These experiences allowed Roth to develop a wide set of skills in addition to her financial acumen. During this time, she became involved in fund raising and special event management, working with boards, developing policies and procedures, and managing benefit and retirement programs. This diverse background makes her a welcome addition to the West Foundation team.
